While walk-ins are welcome, appointments ensure dedicated time to discuss style ideas, budgets, and redesign possibilities. Expect to spend 30 to 90 minutes with our showroom consultants, tailored to your project’s size. For remodels, bring measurements and photos; for new builds, bring blueprints. Our consultants will guide you through product options that best fit your space and vision. The planning phase begins with a visit to our showroom, where we gather information, discuss needs, and outline timelines and costs. After the initial consultation, your designer will provide design and budget drafts within 1-2 weeks for review. Upon finalizing selections during the revision stage, we collect a 25% down payment and schedule in-home measurements. After measurements and final selections are made, a final quote will be created. Upon approval, an additional 25% will be collected and orders placed. Construction typically starts within 8-10 weeks for kitchens and 6-10 weeks for bathrooms. We’ll contact you two weeks before installation begins. The remaining 50% is due at completion.
Discovery Meeting
Upon receiving your measurements or floor plan, we’ll arrange a “discovery meeting” to discuss all the design elements you envision for your project.

Following the completion of our initial design draft, typically within 1 to 2 weeks, we’ll schedule a design consultation to finalize selections and review budget.
Home Meeting
After receiving a 25% deposit, we’ll coordinate an in-home measurement and conduct a comprehensive project site review, involving our installation team.

Once all approvals are in place and construction alterations have been meticulously planned, an additional 25% will be collected. We will then proceed to the ordering stage, and bringing your dream to life.

Final payment due at completion.
